We can hardly contain our excitement for the newest members of our Patriot school family. Round up all your essential papers and dash over to the office beginning May 10th. No need to schedule - we're open and eager to welcome you from 8:00 am to 1:45 pm!
Here is what you need to register:
The student will be 5 years old by September 1, 2024
Student's Original Birth Certificate
Immunization/Shot Records
Physical Exam (must be within 12 months of the start of school (Aug. 12, 2024)
Proof of Residence (rental agreement, mortgage deed, electric bill, or utility service at your address)
Proof of Custody (if the student does not live with both parents)
Parent/Guardian Photo Identification
PLEASE NOTE:
⭐ Students must be registered by noon on Aug. 5th to know their homeroom teacher at orientation.
⭐ Students must be registered by noon on Aug. 9th to start school on the first day of school (Aug. 12th).
