CTE Summer Camp has been exploring the world! Every Tuesday we go on a virtual field trip to a different country and then we get creative and enjoy a little fun crafting time! On this day we learned about the country of Brazil! Students filled out their Summer Adventure Passports and created amazing birds of the Amazon Rainforest!

CTE Summer Camp may enjoy virtual field trips to different conutries on Tuesday's but we also enjoy going on live field trips! This was one of the most exciting field trips this summer so far. Our campers enjoyed a day of bowling, pizza, and ice cream sundaes with friends! The smiles say it all! #CTE #summeradventures

🐴Today our 2nd graders had the honor of welcoming Mrs. Prendergast, CEO of the Champion for Children Foundation, to CTE to present a donation of $598 to benefit Lindsey's Wish, which helps children in our area affected by cancer. The students hosted a Wax Museum a few weeks ago to raise money for this cause. They were very excited to help our community out in such a big way.

CTE Students Shine at Highlands County Student Art Show 🎨 Our talented CTE students recently participated in the Highlands County Student Art Show held at South Florida State College! A big thank you to Mrs. Sebring, Ms. Maibach, Ms. Evans, the CTE Art Club, and Everglades Seasoning for their support and contributions to this wonderful event.

🎤Last night's Mustangs Got Talent Show was a hit! A big thanks goes out to the Student Leadership Team for their oustanding organization and multi-tasking as emcess, backstage crew, directors, and greeters. Kudos to the talented students who showcased their music, dance, magic, sports, and comedy acts! Congratulations to all the participants! The show was a fundraiser for the Humane Society. Over $300 was raised to support our local community shelter.
