This week is Red Ribbon Week! Friday 10/25: RRW COSTUME DAY:
WEAR COSTUMES FOR THE COSTUME PARADE (no weapons or blood)
This year we have a few changes. Students will have the opportunity to dress up as their favorite character however, it does not have to be a book character. The following guidelines are here to help you decide how/if your child will participate.
Costume guidelines: minimal makeup, no weapons, no midriffs are to be exposed, undergarments must not be visible, no fake blood, no low cut or transparent clothing, no shorts/dresses above mid thigh, shoes must be closed toe (no heels) and no choker or wallet chains or chain belts.
Important: Please send your child in their costume and with extra clothes to change into after the parade.
Check-in procedures for tomorrow's Character Parade are as follows:
7:30 - The office team will begin scanning IDs in front of the office with the mobile check in device setup.
8:00 or slightly there after - Gates will open for parents to go to the teacher parking lot, and find areas to watch on the INSIDE (car parking side).
8:15 - Announcement will be made for students to be dismissed to sit/watch from the sidewalk OUTSIDE of the bus loop.
8:30 - Parade begins!!
